Right of withdrawal
Only the Buyer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer is entitled to a 14-day period to withdraw from the Sales Agreement.

You have the right to withdraw from the sales agreement concluded in the on-line store within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline for withdrawal expires after 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the item or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the item.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sklep Internetowy blue shadow, ul. Tuszyńska 61c, 95-030 Rzgów, e-mail: [email protected]) about your decision to withdraw from this agreement by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail or e-mail). You can use the template withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period. Refund of payments made by the Buyer shall be made within 14 days after the Seller receives the returned Product or proof of its return by the Buyer, whichever comes first.

In order to facilitate the procedure, please send back the product(s) in unaltered condition with the original seals and labels.

The Buyer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the product, resulting from use of the product other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the product.

The foregoing right may not be exercised by Buyers who are Entrepreneurs.

Effects of withdrawal from the agreement

In the event of withdrawal from the concluded agreement, the Seller shall return all payments received from to the Buyer to them, including - in case of returning a complete order - the costs of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Buyer other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Seller was informed of the Buyer's decision to exercise their right of withdrawal. We shall refund your payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this refund. We may withhold refund until receiving the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever occurs first.

The Buyer shall send back the returned goods to the blueshadow.pl store at their own expense.

Please send back the returned product, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Buyer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the sale agreement. The deadline is met if the Buyer sends back the goods before the deadline.

You will have to bear the direct costs of returning the item. You are liable only for the item’s value diminution resulting from the use of the item other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the item.

Please address shipments to: Sklep Internetowy Blue Shadow, Poland, ul. Tuszyńska 61c, 95-030 Rzgów. You can also return your order at any operating under the Blue Shadow brand (list of stores). The return should be packaged analogously to courier shipments and include the returned goods and a completed return form.
