Exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchanged it within 21 days from the date of receiving the shipment.

To exchange:

• Pack your items in the original package, if possible. Only items delivered to an address in Poland  and unused, clean, undamaged with all original tags attached can be exchanged.
• Include your invoice with exchange form and indicate the item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.

• Before sending the items for exchange, please contact us by phone (+48 500 377 260) or email ([email protected]). Inform us about the product you would like to exchange. We will reserve it especially for you.

• Choose a mail carrier, pay for postage, and send it to the address below.
• After sending the items back to us, we offer free shipping of the exchanged product via InPost Paczkomaty (Parcel Lockers) or Courier. Free shipping of the exchanged goods only applies to shipments sent within Poland.
