Payments and delivery

The delivery time (excluding international shipments) refers to the time taken by the carrier to deliver the package within Poland.

Parcels are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of the payment being credited to our account or after receiving a cash on delivery instruction.

We give ourselves 48 hours because sometimes it may happen that a given color or size sells so well that it is temporarily unavailable.

We will inform you of the possible shipping date if this happens. We usually try to dispatch the package the next bussiness day after the payment is credited or after receiving the cash on delivery notification.

During promotional campaigns, the order processing time may be extended. In such case we will inform you about the progress of the order.
