- Pursuant to Article 558 § 1 of the Polish Civil Code, the Seller's liability under warranty with regard to Buyers who are Entrepreneurs is excluded.
2. The Seller shall be liable to the Buyer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with the rights of a Consumer, if the Goods purchased by the Buyer are inconsistent with the Sales Agreement (e.g. damaged or defective). Irregardless, the Seller shall be liable to the Buyer under the warranty, if the Goods purchased by the Buyer have been covered than.
3. In case of non-conformity of the Goods with the Sales Agreement, the Buyer may, under the terms and within the time limits specified in the Law on Consumer Rights:
a) demand replacement of the Goods or their repair;
b) request reducing the price of the Goods or withdraw from the Sales Agreement (if one of the cases indicated in Article 43e of the Polish Consumer Rights Act applies);
4. The Seller recommends filing complaints about the non-conformity of the Goods with the Sale Agreement at the following addresses:

5. When necessary to have the Goods examined directly by the Seller in order to process the complaint, the Seller shall collect the Goods from the Buyer at their own expense.
6. If the Product is additionally covered by a warranty, information about it, as well as its terms and conditions, is available in Product description on the Store’s website.
7. Complaints concerning Store’s operation should be addressed to: [email protected].
8. The complaint concerning Store’s operation should include:
a) User's first and last name;
b) e-mail address;
c) description of the noticed irregularities.
9. Processing of complaints concerning the Goods or the operation of the Store takes up to 14 days from the date of their submission.
